FastTrac® Courses
FastTrac is a set of practical, hands-on business development programs designed to help entrepreneurs hone the skills needed to create, manage and grow a successful business. All FastTrac programs combine interactive instruction with one-on-one coaching, networking, guest speakers and comprehensive workbooks. Participants work on their own business ideas or ventures throughout the course - moving their ventures to reality or new levels of growth.
FastTrac NewVenture

Assists start-up entrepreneurs in developing their business concept and evaluating it through each step of the business planning process.
FastTrac GrowthVenture

Assists business owners in evaluating their current business framework and to determine the changes needed to improve performance and grow their business.
FastTrac TechVenture

Offers technology and life science entrepreneurs the tools needed to start or refine their business venture or business concept, learn to access capital and advance their venture to the next business stage.
Listening to Your Business

A half day workshop designed to assist the existing entrepreneur develop and evaluate a strategic, three-year vision for their business. (Suitable also for continuing education programs within colleges and universities.)
FastTrac is a national program, administered in Maine by Heart of Maine RC&D and the Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern Maine.
